Here's one I saw today in Parkwood. It's got a gigantic kitchen and four bedrooms all on one level. The refinished hardwoods really pop in the large spaces.
Parkwood is a nice older community that surrounds a small lake. It's south Durham location is also close to Raleigh and Chapel Hill, which is good for re-sale. I did a drive-by video of this community here: Parkwood
