The Barony

The Barony, located in North Raleigh close to Falls Lake and just a few miles from I-540, is a smaller luxury gated community with only 29 lots on 80 acres. The lots range from 1 to 4 acres. The community boasts a great deal of green space, including a lake and walking trail. 

If buying a lot without a home already built, the home must be built by an approved builder: Bost Custom Homes, Stephen Dilger, Inc., Mark Massengill Builder, Phil Miller Construction, or Woody Teague Custom Homes. Homes must be at least 5,000 square feet and architectural approval is required. The HOA dues are around $2,000 to $4,000 per year, depending on the location of the lot.
