Jordan at Southpoint is a new home community with energy efficient homes located in South Durham near Jordan Lake. The neighborhood will have around 200 homes, built by Meritage Homes. Neighborhood amenities include a clubhouse and community pool, as well as a pond. 

Jordan at Southpoint features 3 collections of homes, each in a variety of styles including two story and ranch. The Cottage Collection, the smallest, features homes with 4 to 5 bedrooms and up to 3200 square feet. Homes in the cottage collection are priced from the mid-$300s to $400s. The Village Collection features homes priced from the mid-$300s to $400s with up to 4000 square feet. The Manor Collection features the largest homes, with between 4 and 6 bedrooms and up to 4200 square feet, priced from the mid-$400s. HOA dues are $200 per quarter.
