The community has 175 townhouses. Homes come in 4 designs, each with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Townhouses have either 1 or 2 car garages, and range from 1400 to over 1700 square feet.  Homes start in the low $200s. HOA dues are $123 per month.
