The community of 62 homes is near Highway 501 and I-40, located less than 10 minutes from the UNC Chapel Hill campus. Chandler Woods is also just minutes away from popular shopping and dining options on Franklin Street, the Carr Mill Mall, and Carrboro Plaza.

Chandler Woods features a variety of floor plans, offering up to 5 bedrooms, 3-4 bathrooms, with square feet ranging from 2,800-3,400 and prices starting at $564,990.<>

Briar Chapel

Located just 8 miles south of downtown Chapel Hill, Briar Chapel is a planned community from Newland Communities that encompasses over 1,500 acres. The neighborhood features both single family homes and townhouses, priced between $230,000 to $900,000+.

With 24 miles of trails, 900 acres of preserved space, and 20 neighborhood parks, Briar Chapel is the largest green community in the Triangle. A community garden, the Briar Patch, is open to gardeners of all experience.

Briar Chapel offers an abundance of amenities, including a water park, fitness facility, saltwater resort and lap pools, and a variety of sport courts. Two fenced dog parks are available with lots of running space and a special area for smaller dogs.

The community has several schools onsite, an easy walk or bike ride from your front door. Woods Charter is a public charter school for K-12 students. Other public schools include Chatham Grove Elementary, Margaret Pollard Middle School, and a new high school, Seaford High School, opening in 2021.

Winmore

Winmore is a community of new homes located in Carrboro but with Chapel Hill addresses. Situated near Bolin Creek off Homestead Road, Winmore amenities include over 26 acres of green, open space, a large play field, playgrounds, an orchard, and community garden.

The neighborhood has access to over two miles of greenway walking trails through woods and along Bolin Creek, as well as paved jogging and biking trails.

Single family homes, starting around 3,000 sq. ft., are priced in the mid $370,000s to the $600,000s. Townhomes are priced from the $200,000s to the $300,000s.

Winmore has its own pre-school, Legacy Academy, and is within walking distance to some of the best schools in the area - Seawell Elementary, Smith Middle, and Chapel Hill High.

Legacy at Jordan Lake is a gated community located in Chatham County (Chapel Hill address), less than a mile from Jordan Lake and only a few minutes away from Fearrington Village.
