Greenbridge Condominiums is a contemporary condominium community located between Chapel Hill and Carrboro, within walking distance to both downtown Carrboro and downtown Chapel Hill. The community features around 100 condos with 1-3 bedrooms and between 700 and 4,000 square feet. Greenbridge is LEED certified and was named one of the ten most sustainable developments in America by Natural Home Magazine in 2008. Condos are priced from the $300s to $900s.
