Berryhill 

Berryhill is a neighborhood located to the south of Carrboro near Frank Porter Graham Elementary and Carrboro High School. The neighborhood is about a mile from downtown Carrboro.  

The homes in Berry Hill were built in the late 1990s/early 2000s and range in price from the $350s to $500s. They are larger homes in the 2500-3500 square foot range, with good size lots as well (1/3 acre to 3/4 acre).
