Lake Hogan Farms

Lake Hogan Farms is a popular neighborhood in northwest Chapel Hill. The 300-acre neighborhood was developed in the late 1990s to early 2000s and features both single family homes and townhouses. Single family homes range greatly in size, and are priced from the $400s to over $1 million. Townhomes are priced from the high $200s to $400s. 

Neighborhood amenities include a pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, walking trails, and a 12-acre lake. The neighborhood is served by the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools.
