Stoneridge is a popular neighborhood located in north Chapel Hill, with easy access to central Chapel Hill, Durham, and the rest of the Triangle via I-40. The community was developed in the 1970s-80s, and features contemporary and traditional style homes on large lots - many over 1 acre. Homes in Stoneridge are priced from the mid-$300s to over $1 million.
The Stoneridge/Sedgefield Swim and Racket Club is located in the neighborhood, and features tennis, basketball, and croquet courts, playgrounds, green space, and an outdoor pool. Stoneridge also offers access to trails at Duke Forest.
