Parkside

Parkside is a popular neighborhood in north Chapel Hill. The neighborhood was developed from the late 1990s to early 2000s. Homes are priced from the mid-$300s to $400s and sit on lots around 0.25 acres. 

The neighborhood is a short walk to Homestead Park, a popular community park that features an indoor aquatic center, dog park, playground, soccer fields, skate park, and more. Also nearby is Timberlyne Shopping Center, where you'll find a movie theater, grocery store, cafes, restaurants, and more. One of our favorite coffee shops in the Triangle, Joe Van Gogh, has a location at Timberlyne.
