Carrboro Mill Village is a small neighborhood located in downtown Carrboro, within walking distance to tons of restaurants, cafes, the farmers' market, and more. The neighborhood features mill houses built in the 1910s, as well as homes built from the 1930s-40s. Homes are priced from the $200s to $600s.
