I moved to North Carolina when I was 6 years old and have lived in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. I know a wealth of information about each city and the surrounding towns. I currently live in Raleigh with my wife and dog Elsie in a 1950s mid-century modern home. When I'm not working you'll find me taking a walk with our dog, trying out new restaurants, watching the latest home show, or playing music. I also have experience building custom homes, and keep up a general contractor's license on top of my realtor's license.

After graduating from North Carolina State University, I worked briefly at a biotechnology company in the Research Triangle Park. Soon after I decided to pursue my dream of being a realtor and business owner, and began working with a local Keller Williams Brokerage. After several years at Keller Williams, I opened Mallard Realty Group with several other top agents in the area. Mallard Realty Group is able to provide much better service, as there is no franchise fee to be paid and the savings are put into new marketing and staging materials for clients.
Today we continue to expand due to word of mouth due to the level of our service. We frequently take over failed listings from other firms in order to sell them quickly, utilizing extra marketing tools and staging to get the job done. Whether you are buying or selling now, or down the road, please don't hesitate to contact us to get started. We look forward to meeting you and helping you with your real estate needs.
