Neill has lived in the Triangle his whole life and wouldn't think of living anywhere else. Born in Durham and Campbell grad, he knows the area extremely well and is happy to share that knowledge with his clients. A great negotiator, he will always seek the best deal for his client no matter which side of the transaction he is on. Besides the standard sale classes, Neill is experienced in estate sales and distressed properties such as foreclosures. He has helped investors turn large profits on homes that needed a ton of work, and is excellent at spotting value in the market. Neill is a board member with the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS®, and has served as a senior member of Kiwanis International.
