Pleasant Green Farms, located just outside of Hillsborough, is a new gated community on nearly 500 acres with only 33 homesites. Each lot is at least 10 acres—offering tons of privacy to residents as well as space for gardening. The lots are priced in the $200,000s and up, and homes are priced around $1 million. HOA dues are $2400 annually. 

The neighborhood focuses on preserving and appreciating the environment, with 50 acres of natural land, miles of trails, a river, and a 5-acre pond. For individuals with horses, the neighborhood has horseback riding trails as well as private boarding facilities available.
